Care

Respite Care

Carers and those being cared for need a break from time to time. Respite care is a temporary living arrangement at a care home. Respite can vary from a few days to a few weeks. Respite care can also be needed after an operation or hospital stay.

Dementia Care

We are not a specialist dementia/secure home but we will take people living with dementia who do not have any challenging needs. We do have dementia friendly decor and several of the staff have received dementia training.

Residential Care
Residential care is for an individual whose needs are low. They may need some assistance with day to day tasks such as washing or dressing but don’t require more specialist nursing care.
Palliative Care

Palliative care is for residents who are approaching end of life or for those who are living with an illness that cannot be cured. Our aim is to not only make you as comfortable as possible but to also support you to achieve the best quality of life.

Complaints Policy

We pride ourselves on holding ourselves to the highest of standards. That’s why we ensure that our complaints procedure is well-publicised so that in the unlikely event of a complaint, it can be dealt with promptly, efficiently and properly in all cases.
